1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your engagement with HyperAI Solutions Inc. By accessing our services or retaining our dedicated AI/ML engineering teams, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. 100% Code & Work Product Ownership

All work product, custom software, algorithms, documentation, and IP created by HyperAI engineers during the engagement belong exclusively to the client upon creation and payment. HyperAI retains zero ownership claims.

3. 2-Week Engineer Replacement Guarantee

If any embedded engineer does not meet performance or cultural alignment expectations, HyperAI guarantees a qualified replacement within 2 weeks at no additional recruiting or onboarding fee.
